The Corporation for National and Community Service is partnering on this to provide AmeriCorps support for grantees to enroll lawyers and paralegals willing to help out with immigration and custody proceedings. The project is limited to children who are under 16, not in federal custody, and who have received a notice to appear for removal proceedings.
