TAY Summit Let’s Talk Transitions

We will engage in collaborative dialogue at a TAY-coursed summit to remove barriers associated with the silo structure systems, and share resources to improve mental health outcomes of youth and young adults.
Travel stipends available for people under 25 outside of the Bay Area (limited) and include hotel and transportation.
