Nowhere to Be: Youth Homelessness After Foster Care in New York

This webinar will explore the goals and concerns of transitional age youth experiencing homelessness in the Empire State. Panelists have all experienced the New York child welfare system. They will share their concerns, and the factors that lead to their housing instability after care. Panelists will be providing tips and tools to foster youth on ways to advocate for themselves and navigate through difficult times. Additionally, panelists will provide tips to resource parents and those who serve youth, including methods that can be used to better support foster youth experiencing homelessness after care.
