Ivory Bennett is a published author with a sincere passion for the creative arts. She is a former foster youth who spent 17 years in foster care. Ivory has a dual degree from The University of Pittsburgh in Africana Studies and English Literature with a minor in Theatre Arts. She has a Master’s in Education Administration from Concordia University. Ivory currently works as an English teacher and cheer coach at a Title 1 school in South Dallas.
